This is a GORGEOUS, original vintage 1950's set. It is made of very high quality cotton linen with lace trim and hand embroidered portions. The matching diaper cover is also hand made. The piece is not marked with a size so I am guessing that it is for a 6-12 month. But please see the measurements in the above item specifics. Both the dress and diaper cover are in perfect and mint condition. I do not think they were ever used. They date to circa 1940's and are original. The outfit is a light pink with white trim. The diaper is 9" across and has ribbon tie sides.
